Operation of @cosme STORE (Hong Kong) and e-Commerce business
@cosme STORE (Hong Kong), a new-style cosmetics select shop produced by @cosme, welcomes over 200,000 Hong Kong visitors every month. In our home country of Japan, our @cosme cosmetics retail chain boasts the leading number of stores (35 stores as of September 2023) and sales (about 19 billion yen in the fiscal year ended June 2023).
In January 2020, we opened @cosme TOKYO, @cosme's first street-level store and flagship shop. This location showcases approximately 700 brands and 25,000 products in over 1,300 square meters of floor space, achieving a shopping experience that further accelerates the fusion of the real and digital worlds.
We also opened our Kansai region flagship shop @cosme OSAKA in September 2023. Here we offer one of the greatest floor areas and product selections to be found in the Kansai region, delivering enjoyable shopping experiences to consumers by strengthening ways to generate encounters with emerging Japanese and international brands.
In Hong Kong, we have built up a customer base of 285,000 members in total. Local members have reached 238,000, or about 25% of women in the 20 to 39 age group (as of May 2024). As in Japan, in Hong Kong we operate the official @cosme online store, through which we aim to be a business beloved by Hong Kong locals for enjoyable shopping experiences that seamlessly connect the online and offline worlds.

Consultation Area
Our open counter offers personalized skincare and makeup consultations that are not limited to specific brands or manufacturers. The products recommended during consultations are displayed on regular shelves which allows customers to freely browse and try them out.
Testing Area
This area allows customers to try products from various categories. Besides product testers, foundation puff sponges and lip brushes are also available for customers to try out as many products as they like.

The @cosme app is full of helpful information, such as product details and customer reviews. It also features a rewards program and in-store coupons to make the customers' shopping experience even more enjoyable and convenient.

Screens are strategically placed throughout the store, including on endcap displays. These screens display real-time information on sales rankings, seasonal promotions, and in-store events.
